A few posts back, I alluded to working on something that I would soon be able to share. Here it is!
Check out my newly published article on Edutopia:
My preferred title is the one I’m using for this blog, “Professional Learning for THE Professionals”, but I’ll take it.
I began drafting this as a piece for our Graded Learning Lab blog and webpage (which are in their very nascent stages). In getting the blog ready, I started looking at the criteria and writing tips other established blogs use for their content. As I was writing and researching, I decided to see if the piece I was working on might have appeal to a broader audience and submitted it to Edutopia for consideration. Apparently, it did.
Many, many thanks to Andrew, Dri, Karli, Keane, Leigh Ann, Mark and Shauna for working as a team to interview Graded teachers and develop these Principles for Professional Learning at Graded and to Natasha for creating the single point rubric and feedback form versions that are linked in the article.
